How much does an uncontested divorce cost

If you represent yourself and prepare the divorce packet yourself, you only have to pay court fees. As of 2008, the fees will add up to approximately $335.

If you cannot afford the fees, you may file a Poor Person's Waiver. If you qualify, you will not have to pay the fees.

You may also represent yourself.
